Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Found online - a knock-off recipe of the restaurant versions. I like this one because it has NO mayo. The mayonnaise versions taste icky to me.

  • 10 ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 10 ounces jarred alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine ingredients in glass baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.

This recipe can be divided and frozen. Increase baking time by 5 or 10 minutes for frozen version.
